Return & Exchange Policy
U.S. customers only
We only take returns & exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you'd love to request the service. A return postage fee of US $9.00/package will be applied to all returns & exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued excluding the original & return postage fee. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.
The fastest way to get exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All returned & exchanged merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, salable, and with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

International customers
At this time, we are unable to make refunds or exchanges to international customers. All orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sales. We’re so sorry it is inconvenient for our international customers. We’re a fledgling start-up, but as we grow, we’ll do our best to make this happen.

Please review your shipping address and make sure the package would be accepted at such address before you submit your order.
Buyers are responsible for the original shipping cost and return cost if the package is returned to the sender due to an insufficient address.
